Conducted ThemeTesting® focus groups and mock trial work on behalf of the defense in preparation for a jury trial in Hidalgo County. A family alleged that the mother’s exposure to insecticide while she was pregnant caused her children to develop autism. Our efforts included theme development, juror profile development, and development of demonstratives. We also worked with the trial team to present complex scientific testimony in a way that would be understandable to jurors. The case was ultimately settled before trial.
