Conducted a ThemeTesting® focus group study on behalf of the defense in a trucking accident case pending in state court in DeKalb County, Georgia. The focus of the research was damages. The jury research helped the trial team evaluate how a jury would perceive the plaintiff’s injuries, which facilitated a valuation of the case and ultimately contributed to a successful settlement.
