Provided extensive consulting for the defendant in a state court case in northern Indiana involving allegations of legal malpractice. Our efforts included a ThemeTesting® focus group study, development of demonstrative exhibits, theme development, witness preparation, jury selection, and in-court observation. Result: Defense verdict on all counts. In addition, the defendant prevailed on its counterclaim for unpaid attorney fees.
