Assisted with theme development, proposed voir dire questions, jury selection strategies, and demonstrative exhibits for the defense in a premises liability case in the Southern District of Ohio. The plaintiff had been seriously burned by hot oil while working on machinery located at our client’s manufacturing plant. Result: The case settled favorably for our client prior to trial.
