Assisted the defense in a state court case in Dane County, Wisconsin involving a commercial landlord/tenant dispute. Specifically, we helped the defense identify and develop core case themes, draft proposed voir dire questions, and develop a juror profile for jury selection. A settlement was reached prior to trial.
