Conducted a mock bench trial study to help the defense in a state court case in Howard County, Indiana. The case involved a plaintiff who suffered a traumatic brain injury in a slip-and-fall accident. The focus of the research was damages. The research helped the trial team evaluate how a judge would perceive and value the plaintiff’s injuries, which facilitated a valuation of the case and ultimately contributed to a successful settlement.
