Conducted a ThemeTesting® focus group study for a defendant in consolidated, multi-plaintiff litigation relating to a catastrophic structure failure that resulted in multiple severe injuries and deaths. Also assisted the trial team with theme development, case valuation, demonstrative exhibits, and tracking and analysis of pretrial news publicity. A favorable settlement for our client was reached before trial.
