Experience

Conducted a ThemeTesting® focus group study on behalf of the defense in a case that involved an infant who suffered permanent brain damage after the automobile her mother was driving was struck by the defendant’s truck at an intersection and rolled over, ejecting the child. Plaintiffs were seeking damages for medical expenses, pain and suffering, and loss of consortium. The defendant admitted that its employee was responsible for the crash. The ThemeTesting study assisted the trial team with trial strategy and case valuation. A favorable settlement for our client was reached before trial.
