Conducted a ThemeTesting® focus group study to help the defense in a state court case in Monroe County, Indiana involving a plaintiff who suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of an auto accident. The research assisted the trial team with the evaluation of case themes as well as case valuation. A favorable settlement for our client was reached before trial.
