Conducted a three-panel jury simulation project in a wrongful death case. The case was pending in state court in Texas and involved a fatality suffered in a house fire. The plaintiffs alleged that the defendant’s product had caused the fire. The study assisted the trial team with identifying risks associated with proceeding to trial.
