ThemeVision trial consultant, Dennis Stolle, presented “Courtroom Confidential: Civil & Criminal Skills for a Better Voir Dire” on March 26, 2010. The presentation focused on voir dire techniques in both civil and criminal jury trials in Indiana’s state and federal courts. The presentation was the first in the Indianapolis Bar Association’s 2010 “Courtroom Confidential” series.
ThemeVision trial consultant, Dennis Stolle, served on the faculty of ICLEF’s 13th Annual Trial Advocacy Skills College on March 18 and 19, 2010 in Indianapolis. Dr. Stolle presented the plenary session on voir dire techniques and also served as a coach during breakout sessions in which students practiced voir dire, opening statements, and direct examinations.
