Dr. Dennis Stolle was quoted in the October 11, 2008 Indianapolis Business Journal article, "FOCUS:  Clearing up cloudy cases."  Stolle was quoted regarding the so-called "CSI effect," in jury decision making and its implications for the presentation of scientific weather information at jury trials.
On October 7, 2008, Dr. Dennis P. Stolle, a trial consultant and the president of ThemeVision LLC, presented "Jury Research in Complex Litigation" at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum’s seminar on complex litigation.
