Dr. Dennis Stolle was quoted in the October 11, 2008 Indianapolis Business Journal article, "FOCUS:  Clearing up cloudy cases."  Stolle was quoted regarding the so-called "CSI effect," in jury decision making and its implications for the presentation of scientific weather information at jury trials.
On October 7, 2008, Dr. Dennis P. Stolle, a trial consultant and the president of ThemeVision LLC, presented "Jury Research in Complex Litigation" at the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum’s seminar on complex litigation. Dr. Stolle discussed techniques for using jury research to reduce the risk and uncertainty that accompanies complex litigation.
